We don’t operate in the standard fashion most single machine shops do; we utilize a partner network of machine shops from every specialty to ensure your part is not only in the right shop but has multiple back up options for additional production. When we bring on a new part for a client, we immediately put that part in front of the whole partner network to get the most accurate quotes from multiple sources as well as multiple options for lead times and capacity for those parts. If you need to turn on more volume at any time, there will be a shop in the partner network who has already produced a first article of that part approved by you and will be ready to take on the addition capacity. On the flip side, if you need to slow production down for any reason, we can move the part to another shop in the partner network where the smaller quantities make more sense for them and you. Regardless of the complexity of your product or the volume you need met, Defensive Precision Manufacturing will do whatever it takes to make sure you and the end user get the best product possible.
